We would always make fun of each other. He always had a smile on his face, and so supportive. ❤️

I worked with Billy for a few years now. He was always available to help and did it with a smile. He will be dearly missed in our calls where he brought great insight and positive vibes. Billy you will always be missed and it is difficult to come to work knowing you will no longer be with us. I had the privilege of working with Billy for the last 14 years. He was an excellent colleague and leader. I owe a lot of my career to his guidance. My deepest condolences to his entire family.

Billy was the best neighbour anyone could ask for. He was always cheerful, always offering a helping hand (fixed my dryer a few times), and always ready with a joke. He was a wonderful person and the neighbourhood won't be the same without him. He will be deeply missed. - Matthew
