FLINTER, Sr. Bernadette OP, (suddenly), in Cape Town, South Africa, June 22, 2016. Daughter of the late Christopher and Margaret Flinter. Beloved sister of Christy, June, Rose, Margaret, Noeline and the late Pauline, a great loss to her many nieces and nephews, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family and friends, the Dominican Community in Dublin, in Cape Town (Springfield Convent), and in Uitenhage (Marymount Convent), South Africa where she worked for 27 years. Bernie will be very sadly missed by all who knew her, she was much loved. A private Mass of Thanksgiving will be held in Dublin on Monday, June 27, and her funeral will take place in Cape Town (Springfield) on Tuesday, June 28.
