BLAKE (née Ledwith) Patricia Brigid (Clontarf and late of Carleton Road, Marino) - September 7, 2015 (peacefully at the Mater Hospital. A cherished wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. Very sadly missed by her loving husband Annluan (Al), her devoted sons, sister-in-law Eithne, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand this (Wednesday) evening from 5pm to 7pm with family in attendance. Removal to St. John the Baptist Church, Clontarf tomorrow (Thursday) arriving at 9.50 o'clock for 10 o'clock Requiem Mass thence Funeral to Glasnevin Crematorium arriving at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired to the Helen Taylor Memorial Fund.May she Rest in Peace
