RUSHE - Marcella (née Furey). Derrinturn House, Carbury, Kildare/ Edenderry, Offaly. Marcella’s husband John and children; Brian, Shane, Claire and Mark would like to express sincere gratitude to our family, friends, neighbours and all those who supported us over the past two years. We are deeply grateful to all of you who stood by our sides and along the road to help us say our final goodbyes. Thank you to all who sent Mass cards, letters, beautiful messages of condolence on RIP.ie and for the many telephone calls we received. It meant so much and brought so much comfort when we were unable to meet in person due to Covid restrictions. Thank you to Fr. Fitzpatrick and Fr. Murphy for Marcella’s lovely ceremony. Thanks to Margaret Brady and Gay Lawton for the beautiful music on the day. Thank you to Patrick Larkin for making a difficult time seamless and without worry. To all those who helped in so many ways to make our loss more bearable, it is impossible to name you all but please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest appreciation and gratitude. Your kindness and thoughtfulness meant so much to the family and we would be delighted if you can join us in Marcella’s memory. Marcella’s Anniversary Mass will be held in The Church of the Holy Trinity, Derrinturn on March 27 (Sunday) at 11.00am.
