AYLWARD, John, Kilteel Road, Rathcoole, Co Dublin. On the First Anniversary of his death on June 16, 2011. Lovingly and sadly missed by his wife Betty, his sisters, immediate family and many friends. Sincere thanks to all who supported us during John's illness, to Prof Reynolds and his team at St James's Hospital, Prof Hollywood and his team at St Luke's and to Our Lady's Hospice in Harold's Cross for their wonderful care. We thank all those who attended the removal and funeral Mass, the priests, the Hearns family for the beautiful music, all those who sent Mass cards and floral tributes, and our many friends in Slade Valley Golf Club for the wonderful guard of honour at the church. Thanks also to those who visited John in many hospitals and at home, who chauffeured John to and from hospital and to Rom Massey Funeral Directors for the kind and caring way they looked after the funeral arrangements. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our deep appreciation.
