HARTE Paddy - Sutton, Dublin 13 and Burgatia, Rosscarbery, Co. Cork - June, Audrey, Gillian and Jonathan would like to thank most sincerely all the caring relatives, particularly the extended Harte Family, kind neighbours and friends, especially those in Aer Lingus and the sporting world of hockey, badminton and golf, in particular DAARA Golf Society, and members of Sutton Tidy Towns and Sutton Probus, who offered sympathy and support to us on the occasion of Paddy's passing on June 17, 2010. The Family were greatly touched by the Guard of Honour provided by his former colleagues in the Air Corps. We are most grateful for the messages of sympathy, Mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, perpetual enrolments and flowers, all of which helped to console us at this sad time. We thank all who made long journeys to be with us, especially all from Paddy's beloved Rosscarbery. Special thanks to Paddy's nephew, Fr. John O'Gara, who said the funeral Mass assisted by Fr. Kevin, Sutton and Fr. Billy Langan, Terenure College. We also wish to express appreciation of the beautiful singing of Frances O'Shea and Ray Doherty which gave the Mass special meaning. We acknowledge the wonderful attention given to Paddy in Beaumont Hospital, especially by the staff in the Oncology Department and also Paddy's G.P. Dr. John Kelly. We thank Kirwans, Fairview, for their professionalism. As it would be impossible to reply to everyone individually we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation of the tributes paid to Paddy. The holy sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions. Paddy's First Anniversary Mass will be at 10.30am in St. Fintan's Church, Sutton tomorrow, Sunday, June 19, 2011.
