CALLAN, Colum (Beechtree Nursing Home, Oldtown and 1948 Grand Slam player) - May 30, 2010, (peacefully), after a long illness courageously borne, at The Beacon Hospital. He will be deeply mourned by his loving wife Margaret, children Richard, David, Frank, Paul, Mary and Anne, daughters-in-law Siobhan and Bridie, grand- children Simon, Finn and Ferdia, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends. Rest in Peace. Removal this (Wednesday) evening to Our Mother of Divine Grace Church, Ballygall Road East, due at 5.30 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Thursday), after 11 o'clock Mass to Dardistown Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired to the Stuart Mangan Trust. House private.
