RAFFERTY MHM, Fr. Thomas (Tom) Bernard (Dublin, London, Pakistan and late of Ashbourne, Co. Meath) May 9th 2021 at Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital, Islamabad, Pakistan. Son of the late Thomas and Mary (née Armstrong) Rafferty. Brother of Pauline (Clarke), Arthur, Helen (McNally), Dermot (and his late wife Sandra in Australia), and predeceased by his sister Rosaleen (and her late husband Benny Foley) and brother Oliver. Sadly missed by sisters-in- law Millicent and Eilish, brothers-in-law Michael Clarke and Peter McNally, his nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives both in the Republic and Northern Ireland, his Mill Hill Missionary colleagues and Missionary Sisters of St. Thomas the Apostle (MST) which he founded, the friends and parishioners of Holy Name Parish, Nowshera, Pakistan. Fr. Thomas Rafferty was held at Holy Name Catholic Church, Nowshera Cantt on Tuesday 11th May 2021 at 4:00pm (Irish time 12 noon). A suitable date is awaited to hold a public memorial Mass for Fr. Tom in Ireland.
