Kathleen is survived by her children Dorothy (Nanaimo), Hugh (Brighton, England), and Charles (Canberra, Australia), their children and grandchildren around the globe. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Primates World Relief Fund (pwrdf.org). A Service of Remembrance and Celebration is planned for 2pm on February 4, 2017 at St Anselm's Church, 5210 University Blvd., Vancouver, BC, V6T 2H5. Reception to follow.
