CLANCY, (née Sheridan) Bernadette (St Rita’s Guest House, Ennis Road, Limerick and formerly of Clara, Co. Offaly and Dublin) - December 26th, 2019 (peacefully), with her family in the loving care of Milford Care Centre, beloved wife of the late Patrick and dearest mother of Gerry, Damien and Trudy (Kenny). Deeply regretted by her loving family, son-in-law Philip, daughters-in-law Josephine and Sheila, grandchildren Eoghan and Erika, David and Rachel, great- grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, kind neighbours and friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at home in ‘St. Rita’s’, Ennis Road (V94 YYK6) today (Friday) December 27th from 4pm to 8pm. Arriving at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road on tomorrow (Saturday) December 28th for 12 noon Mass. Burial afterwards in Kilmurry Cemetery, Castletroy.
CLANCY - Bernadette (St. Rita’s, Ennis Road, Limerick), The family of the late Bernadette wish to thank all those who sympathised with us on the death of Ber. Thanks to all who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy and flowers and otherwise expressed their condolences. We would like to say a special word of thanks to her home carers, her GP, Dr. Gerard O’Connell as well as Dr. Robert Magnier and all the staff of Milford Care Centre, who took great care of our mother during her stay there. A special word of thanks to Griffin’s Undertakers for their guidance and professionalism.
We would also like to thank Fr. Des McAuliffe of the Holy Rosary Parish for leading the beautiful funeral service.
Gerry, Damien and Trudy together with Josephine, Sheila and Philip and Ber’s grandchildren Eoghan, David, Erika and Rachel would like to thank all Ber's nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends for their kind support.
A very special word of thanks goes to Eavan Callaghan, who was always a great neighbour to Ber. It is impossible to thank everyone, so please accept this notice as an acknowledgement of our sincere gratitude and appreciation.
Bernadette is now with her beloved Paddy but is always close by.
