COVENEY (née O'Donoghue) (Rochestown, Cork and late of Churchtown, Dublin) - October 28, 2010 following a short illness in the loving care of all the staff of CUH. Mary (late of CUH) sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Denis, son Shane and daughter Sarah. Daughter of Rebecca and the late Jack. Deeply regretted by her family, mother, brothers David and Gregory, sister Anita, mother-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and a wide circle of friends. Reposing at Sullivan's Funeral Home Turners Cross, Cork. Removal today (Friday) at 6.30pm to St Patrick's Church Rochestown. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Saturday) at 11.30am. Funeral afterwards to St John's Cemetery, Ballinrea.Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis

COVENEY (née O'Donoghue) (Rochestown, Cork and Churchtown, Dublin) - On Mary's First Anniversary (October 28, 2010), Denis, Shane and Sarah wish to thank most sincerely those who sympathised with them on their sad loss. Those who attended her removal, funeral Mass and burial, those who sent Mass cards, messages of sympathy, floral tributes, those who telephoned, visited and supported them. Many thanks to Fr. J.J. O'Rourke, Fr. Michael Keohane and all who participated at the funeral ceremonies. A special word of thanks to Mary's colleagues in the Occupational Therapy Department of the CUH and the staff of the hospital for their care and attention during her short illness. In particular, we would like to thank the staff of GAO (CUH), who gave Mary such exceptional care in her last days. Please accept this Acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation. Mary's First Anniversary Mass will be offered for all at 12.30am in St. Patrick's Church, Rochestown on Sunday, October 30. "Ever loving, forever loved."
