WHOOLEY, (née Kerins) Kathleen (Goatstown, Dublin) - February 15, 2016, (peacefully), after a long illness, in the wonderful care of the staff at Clonskeagh Community Nursing Unit, beloved wife of Paddy and loving mother of Pat, Michael, Mary, John, and Dermot; very sadly missed by her beloved family, sisters, Noreen, Joan, Sheila, brother Paddy, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, Shane, Rory, Daniel and James, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home Dundrum today (Tuesday) from 4 o'c prior to her Removal to the Church of the Holy Cross Dundrum arriving at 5.30 o'clock Funeral Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) at 10.30 o'c followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. No flowers please"Rest in peace"
WHOOLEY, Kathleen, (Goatstown, Dublin 14), February 15, 2016, Paddy, Pat, Michael, Mary, John and Dermot together with their families wish to thank everyone most sincerely for their kind expression of sympathy on Kathleen's death. Warm thanks to those who attended the removal and funeral, who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy, texts, and who travelled, as it gave us great comfort. Sincere thanks to all the staff in Clonskeagh Community Nursing Unit for their wonderful care of Kathleen. A special thank you to Fr. McDermott, Fr. Bracken, Monsignor O'Doherty, the Funeral team and the Choir of Holy Cross Church, Dundrum. We were overwhelmed and deeply moved by the kind words and support we received from so many people. As it is impossible to thank everyone personally we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
