KAVANAGH, (née Kennedy) Joan (Rathfarnham, Dublin) – February 12, 2019, in the arms of her daughters at St. James’s Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Seán, much loved mother of Michelle and Denise, mother-in-law of Mick and proud grandmother of Sarah, Rebecca and Michael. Sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, neighbours and friends. Funeral Mass on Saturday, February 16, at 11.00am in the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham, followed by cremation service at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross. No flowers please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society (www.cancer.ie). May her strong and courageous spirit rest in peace.
