Monaghan) (January 27, 2005) - Ciaran's parents James and Mary, brothers Seamus and Andrew, sisters Lorraine, Michelle, Jacqueline and Aisling, girlfriend Melissa, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, uncles, aunts and extended family members wish to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to all who supported and sympathised with us on the loss of our belovd Ciaran. We wish to most sincerely thank our friends and neighbours for the wonderful support, kindness and generosity extended to us at the time of Ciaran's sudden and tragic death. We thank all those who called to our home and attended the funeral in such large numbers, many of whom travelled long distances. We are grateful to all those who helped in our home and provided gifts during the wake and all those who helped with the catering. We thank all those who sent Mass Cards, enrolments, letters and cards of sympathy, floral tributes and those who called to and telephoned our home to express their sympathy. A special word of thanks to all the priests of the Parish for their prayers and support at the time of Ciaran's death and who continue to support us. Thanks to Fr McNulty who administered the last rites, to Fr Duffy who received Ciaran's remains at the house, to Fr McCabe and Michael Murphy for their help; to Canon Connolly for his prayers and support. A special word of thanks to Fr Walshe who officiated at the funeral Mass. Thank you to the readers and the Eucharistic Ministers. To Aughnamullen GFC for forming a Guard of Honour and to Paul Forde who played the pipes as Ciaran was brought to his final resting place. A special thanks to those good friends who prepared Ciaran's final resting place, for their thoughtfulness and the beautiful way they left the grave and for the way they controlled the traffic at the house. We wish to thank most sincerely all those who attended Ciaran at the scene of the accident, the GardaĆ, the Ambulance crew and the staff of Louth County Hospital. To Ciaran's work colleagues and ex-work colleagues we offer heartfelt appreciation for all your help and support. Thanks to the management and staff of Dundalk Joint Venture, the management and staff of Ascon Ltd. and to the staff of the National Roads Authority. Thanks to Ciaran's close friends for their loyalty, friendship and support. Our sincere thanks to Melissa's parents Phil and Mary and sister Elma for their kindness, friendship and continued support. We would especially like to thank Melissa for all the joy and happiness which she brought to Ciaran's life and the continued loyalty and support she has given to all of us during this difficult time. Finally, most sincere thanks to Brendan Hughes for the professional, caring and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope that you will accept this as an expression of our gratitude and thanks. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. The Month's Mind Mass for Ciaran will be held in St Mary's Church, Castleblayney on Sunday, March 6, at 11 o'clock
