BYRNE - Kathleen (Kay) née Byrne, Circular Road, Sligo and formerly of Spencer Street, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, May 21st 2026, peacefully at Sligo University Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Terence (Terry). Dearly loved mother of Declan, Carmel, Aengus, Cathriona and Marese. She will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, sons-in-law John, Paul and Seán, daughters-in-law Ann-Marie and Yvonne, cherished grandchildren Andrea, Raymond, Francesca, Genevieve, Ciara, Conor, Eleanor, Emma, Eoghan, Tom, Harry and Alexander, greatgrandchildren Donnacha, Matthew and Leo, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends. May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Seán Feehilys Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo (F91EH98) on Monday, May 25th from 5:30pm to 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10am on Tuesday, May 26th in Saint Annes Church, Sligo and will be livestreamed via mcn.live/Camera/st-annes-cranmore. Burial will follow in Sligo Cemetery.
