Bridie (née Canavan) (formerly of Sandymount) - August 31, 2012. Peacefully, at home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Jackie Malone and much loved mother of Jacqueline and Catherine. The last of her generation, Bríd Ní Ceanndhubháin, a great dancer and singer, loved by all who knew her. Very sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Declan and Niall, grandchildren Declan, Claire and Ruth; her God son Pat, sister-in-law Nancy Sullivan in Buffalo, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Also those special people who are close to her. Funeral Mass this Monday at 10am in St. Mary's Star of the Sea, Sandymount, Dublin followed by burial with Jackie in Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill.
