WALSH, Conor, (O'Connors, Main St. Swinford and Foxford, Ballinisland Co. Mayo), March 11, 2016. On the First Anniversary of our beloved Conor's death his mother Marie Holmes, brothers Dermot, Michael, Pearse, sisters Fiona, Marieanne, adored nieces Beth and Alexandra and baby Adam, uncles Desmond and Pearse, grandaunts, cousins and extended family deeply appreciate your kind expression of sympathy shown to us on our great loss. We offer our heartfelt thanks to our kind neighbours and friends who gathered in our home, remained with Conor through the days and nights, attended his Requiem Mass, took part in the Liturgy and accompanied Conor to his final resting place. To the members of the ambulance service, to those who travelled from overseas, sent floral tributes, cards, letters, generous kindnesses and those who made donations to the Fr. Peter McVerry Trust we are truly grateful. We acknowledge the beautiful musical tribute given by the musicians, soloists and friends. A special word of thanks to Fr. Dermot Meehan and the members of the clergy and to Canon Andrea Wills for her gracious presence. Thanks to the East Mayo Anglers Association, HWCH, Scoil Muire agus Padraig Swinford G.A.A. Club and to Boland's Funeral Directors for the arrangements. First Anniversary Mass on Saturday, March 11, at 10.00am in Our Lady Help of Christians Church Swinford.
