O'CONNELL, Elizabeth (née Wynne) unexpectedly on Thursday 4th February 2021 in the tender care of Retreat Nursing Home. Resident of Auburn Villas, Athlone and formerly of Ballina, Co. Mayo. Predeceased by her beloved husband Timothy. Sadly missed by her loving family Brian, Sinéad, Maurice and Emeir, grandchildren Brendan, Tadhg, Cormac, Isabel, Katie, Eoin, Ben and Peter, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Rest In Peace. A private Funeral will take place for Elizabeth for family members only. For those who wish to live stream the Funeral Mass, they can do so on the St. Mary's Parish website on the Coosan webcam.

O'CONNELL - Elizabeth (née Wynne) (Athlone, formerly Ballina, Co. Mayo), February 4, 2021 – On the First Anniversary of Elizabeth’s death, her children Brian, Sinead, Maurice and Emeir wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us. We greatly appreciate the prayers, cards, letters, online messages and all the kindness and support we have received since Elizabeth’s passing. We are extremely grateful to those who watched her funeral online, to those who met us at the church and at the graveyard in Coosan. We miss Elizabeth every day and fondly remember our mother with much love. The Holy sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.

May she Rest in Peace.
