McDERMOTT Gerard (Celbridge, Co. Kildare and formerly of Glenties, Co. Donegal, former GAA analyst and late of the Revenue Commissioners) - November 18, 2011 (peacefully) after a long illness bravely and courageously borne at the Beacon Hospital, beloved husband of the late Elma and much loved father of Trevor. Predeceased by his parents Con and Frances and brothers Con Vincent and Seamus. Sadly missed by his loving brothers Fr. Pat (Mississippi), Donal and Liam, sister Rosaleen and her husband Eddie, partner Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, relatives and a large circle of friends. R.I.P. Removal from his home to St. Patrick's Church, Celbridge this (Monday) evening arriving at 6.00 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Tuesday) after 11.00 o'clock Mass to Donacomper Cemetery.
