TUITE, Claire Hannah, (Rathfarnham, Dublin), died December 24, 2017 - On the eve of Claire's fourteenth birthday Paul, Elaine, Adam, Laura and the extended Tuite and McCready families thank everyone who has supported us through a very difficult time following the passing of a very special daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend . We offer our heartfelt thanks to our relations, friends, neighbours, Claire's former teachers and her school friends and all who visited our home, attended the Funeral Service, sent cards and made donations to St. John's Ward in Our Lady's Hospital Crumlin. We would like to pay special tribute to the wonderful care given to Claire in Crumlin, Cappagh and Newcastle Hospitals during her illness. We are truly grateful to everyone at Rathfarnham Parish National School and The High School Rathgar for their love and support for Claire and for their compassion to all of us in recent months. We also acknowledge and thank everyone who played a part in Claire's Funeral Service - to Canon Adrienne Galligan in Rathfarnham Parish Church, the priests from Terenure College and Rathfarnham, the organist, to Rob O'Connor for his singing and to David Fanagan and all at Fanagans Undertakers. To all of you, your support and kindness is hugely appreciated as we remember a very special person who will be forever in our hearts.
