GRANT, John (Glasnevin North and formerly Donegal and late of The OPW) - March 22, 2014, peacefully at St. Francis Hospice, following an illness bravely borne with courage and dignity, father of the late Edward and Yvonne. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Ruby, daughters Jean and Pamela and son John, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at home. Removal, tomorrow Tuesday morning to St. Canice's Church, Finglas Village due at 9.50am, with Funeral after 10.00am Mass to Glasnevin Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice.
GRANT, John (late of Glasnevin North and Burt, Co. Donegal). Died on March 22, 2014 - On this, John's First Anniversary, his wife Ruby, daughters Jean and Pamela and son John plus extended families would like to sincerely thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their support and kindness. We would also like to thank the priests who helped us in so many ways. A big thank you to everyone who came to the wake and funeral, sent Mass cards, Mass offerings and kind messages of sympathy. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this Acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions. John's First Anniversary Mass will be held in St. Canice's Church, Finglas on Sunday, March 22 at 12 noon.
