SWORDS, Maria (née McDermott) (Killincarrig, Co Wicklow and late of Hazel Ave, Kilmacud, Co. Dublin) – January 30, 2021, peacefully, in her 88th year, after a long illness borne with courage and good humour, in the company of Bob and Catherine and the wonderful staff of Wicklow Hospice. Reunited with her beloved son Neil, husband Michael and sisters Doreen, Pat and Rita. She will be sadly missed by son Bob, daughter Catherine, daughter-in–law Liz, son-in-law Niall, grandchildren Daniel, Sam, Rachel, Luke, Emily, and by Ana, Charlie, Marion and her many dear friends and relations. Due to current restrictions, a private Funeral Mass will take place tomorrow (Thursday) at 10.00am and this may be viewed on https://youtu.be/DK0Yugfz4i8 Condolences may be forwarded through www.colliersfuneraldirectors.com . “May she rest in peace”
