MADIGAN (née Hayes), Kitty, (Clashganniff House, Shanagolden, Co. Limerick), February 12, 2019 (peacefully) at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her husband Pat. Sadly missed by her children Tom, Paraic, Tim, Niall, Ronan, Niamh (Moffatt) and Cliodhna (Farlee) and her cherished grandchildren Catherine, Bill, Anna, Cormac, Matthew, Andrew, Ben, Emily, Teddy, Aveen and Sarah; daughters- in-law Anne, Trish and Sinead, sons-in-law Stephen and Brian. Deeply regretted by her brothers Pat and Liam and sisters Nuala and Olive. Predeceased by her sisters Pauline and Rita. Remembered by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Madigan's Funeral Home, Shanagolden tomorrow (Friday) evening from 6.00pm. Removal to Shanagolden Church at 8.00pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12.00 noon. Burial afterwards in Kilbradren Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
MADIGAN (née Hayes) Kitty (late of Clashganniff House, Shanagolden, Co. Limerick) - On the First Anniversary of Kitty's death, February 12, 2019, Tom, Paraic, Tim, Niall, Ronan, Niamh and Cliodhna would like to express our sincere gratitude to all who supported us on our loss. We are very grateful to her loyal friends, kind neighbours, former teaching colleagues and pupils, and lifelong family friends from her home parish of Donoughmore, Co Limerick who attended the removal and Requiem Mass. We would like to express our deep appreciation to the many people who travelled long distances to offer condolences, and those who sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy. We would like to thank Canon Tony O'Keeffe and all those who participated in the Funeral Mass. We are especially thankful to all those who were involved in Kitty's care, led by Dr Mel Fullam. We are very grateful to the team in The Park Nursing Home and the team in the Acute Medical Unit in the Limerick University Hospital led by Prof Declan Lyons. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this Acknowledgement as notice of our deep appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
