BRISCOE, Sr. Mary Austin (Frances) (L.S.U.), Peacefully In her 100th year and her 80th year of religious life, in the care of Sonas Nursing Home, Athlone on Tuesday 17, May 2022. Our Lady's Bower, Athlone and formerly of Fahy, Eyrecourt, Co. Galway. Very deeply regretted by her La Sainte Union Sisters, her brothers Charlie and Ambrose, sisters-in-law Eileen and Pat, her loving family and wide circle of friends. Rest In Peace. Reposing at Flynn's Funeral Home, The Strand, Athlone today (Thursday) from 4.00pm until 7.00pm (walk through only please and no handshaking). Requiem Mass tomorrow (Friday) at 10.30am in St. Mary's Church, Athlone, followed by burial afterwards in Fahy Cemetery, Eyrecourt, Co. Galway. No flowers please. Donations, if desired to St. Hilda's Special School, Athlone. Live stream link is available on the parish website.
