HALION (née Tyrrell) Rebecca (Sandymount, Dublin 4) March 28, 2016. Peacefully, at the Ferndene Nursing Home. Beloved wife of the late Paddy, sister of the late Billy and Brian, mother-in-law of the late Donal Killian and sister-in-law of the late John Drumgoole. Sadly missed by her loving family Genevieve, Marie Colette (Marna), Colin and Eoin, daughters-in-law Cathy and Jackie, son-in-law John, brothers Pat and Paul, sisters Miriam, Jeanne, Anne and Jackie, grandchildren, nieces, nephews. Special thanks to the residents of Vavasour Square and to the exceptional staff of the Ferndene Nursing Home who took such great care of our beloved Mum in the last few years. May she Rest in Peace. Reposing this (Wednesday) afternoon in Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown from 2.00pm-6.00pm prior to her removal tomorrow (Thursday) morning to St. Mary's Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount arriving at 9.50 o'c for 10.00 o'c Funeral Mass followed by Burial in Deans Grange Cemetery.
HALION, Rebecca (March 28, 2016, First Anniversary) - Remembered with love today and always. Rebecca is greatly missed by her loving children, Genevieve, Marna, Colin, Eoin, and their families. Also by her brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and grandchildren. We would like to thank all those who were so kind and supportive to us at the time of Mum's death. Our wonderful mum will always be in our hearts and our memories.
