GALLAGHER, Marie, Sunday, June 4, 2017. A First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated at 5.30pm on Sunday, June 3, at St. Joseph's Church, Berkeley Road. Marie's family wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their sad loss. We especially thank all the relatives, friends and neighbours who supported Marie during her illness; those who attended Marie's wake and Funeral Mass; the many who travelled long distances to do so and those who sent Mass Cards, letters of condolence and flowers. We also wish to thank the priests of St. Joseph's Church, Berkeley Road, Dublin 7, who celebrated Marie's Funeral Mass, and Marie's former fellow choir members for their beautiful singing. In her final illness Marie received great spiritual comfort from the priests and nuns of the parish and beyond, together with the best of care from the consultants and all the medical, nursing and other caring, catering and cleaning staff of Unit 7 in the Mater Hospital and, at the end, from the members of the Palliative Care team. We are most grateful for their kindness to Marie. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for the intentions of you all.
GALLAGHER, Marie (First Anniversary, June 4) Remembered today and always by Padraic, Tony, Eamonn, Jennifer, Regina, Nicholas, Fiona and Finian and all her relations and friends.
