MacCARTHY, Dr. Joan (Our Lady's Manor Dalkey and formerly of Mountrath, Co. Laois) - November 8, 2016, in her 94th year, (peacefully), in St. Michael's Hosptal, Dún Laoghaire; sadly missed by Mairsíl, Garrett, Jim, Eileen, her cousins Margaret, Paul and Mary Anne, Gill families, many friends and former colleagues. Funeral Mass at 10.00 o'clock tomorrow (Friday) in the Church of the Three Patrons, Rathgar followed by burial in Mountrath. Family flowers only. MacCARTHY, Dr. Joan (Our Lady's Manor, Dalkey formerly of Mountrath, Co. Laois). On the occasion of the First Anniversary of Joan's passing, her family would like to express their deepest gratitude to all her friends, neighbours and former colleagues who attended her reposing and Requiem Mass, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences. Thank you to the staff of Corrigan's Funeral Home, Camden Street for their sensitive and professional handling of arrangements. A special word of thanks to the wonderful staff of Our Lady's Manor, who took such great care of Joan in her final years. Joan's Anniversary Mass will take place at 10am today (Wednesday), November 8, in the Church of the Three Patrons, Rathgar, Dublin 6. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. May she Rest in Peace.
