KEOGH - Jimmy (Whitestown House, Clontarf and Baldwinstown) -
On today, Jimmy’s 78th Birthday, Hazel, Kelly, Gareth, Aoife, John and Marius wish to acknowledge and thank all who looked after him during his illness; The staff of St. Vincent’s Ward, The Mater Hospital, to Pauline of St. Francis Hospice who visited every day to advise on his care at home, to Helen and Emer our night nurse angels from the Irish Cancer Society, to Liz and Delia from Fingal Home Care who came morning and evening to look after him and to Balbriggan Primary Care Centre for their help and assistance. We wish to say thank you to our family, our neighbours and to our friends, some who travelled from all parts of the country to visit Jimmy at home and to offer love and support to us over that last weekend. Thank you for all the mass cards, letters and for all the messages of condolence on RIP.ie which were of great comfort to us all.
To Monica and Patrick of McNally’s Funeral Directors, thank you for your kindness, professionalism and your attention to every detail. To Fr. Derek Farrell, thank you for making Jimmy’s Funeral Mass so personal for the family and also thanks to Monsignor Lorcan O’Brien for assisting at the Mass, I know Jimmy would be delighted to have you there. To Denise and Paul for the lovely music and singing, to Deirdre for that beautiful rendition of his song at the graveside, also to the lads from his Gate Lodge Shoot for your final salute. Thanks to Sally Ann Catering for providing her delicious food and her wonderful kind and professional staff. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
In life you lived for those you loved
and those you loved remember.
