SMITH, (Laplands, Carr’s Hill, Cork and formerly Robert Smith Ltd, Parnell Place) - On June 28, 2023, peacefully at St. Luke’s Home, Mahon, Robert (Bob). Beloved husband of Berna (nee Duggan) and much loved father of Fergus and Ruth. Predeceased by his brothers Richard, Victor, Stuart and Cecil. Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter, daughter-in-law Kay, son-in-law Alan, grandchildren Darragh, Niall, Colm, Conor, Rory and Aoife, sister Hilda (Hosford), brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation on Monday, July 3, from 5pm to 7pm in St. Luke’s Church, Douglas, followed by Service at 7pm. Funeral Service on Tuesday, July 4, at 2.30pm in St. Luke’s Church, Douglas. Burial in adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to St. Luke’s Home.
