MACKINTOSH (née Cook) - April 30, 2012. Peacefully at home, The Coach House, Dippenhall, Farnham, Surrey. Sheevaun, daughter of the late Jim and Violet Cook. Sadly missed by her brother Patrick (Blessington), sons Alistair and Fergus, daughters-in-law Sara and Lucia, grandchildren, relatives and friends. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, May 18 in All Saints Church, Crondall, Surrey at 11 a.m.
