CONLAN - Maeve (née O’Connor) (Kildare Town), died December 16, 2020 - Maeve’s children, Mary, Pat, Eileen and Jerry and her sisters Eileen and Trish would like to acknowledge the very many expressions of sympathy and kindness shown to us following our recent loss. Thank you to all who contacted us with messages of condolence and to everyone who joined us in person and online for the funeral Mass. Thank you to Fr. Adrian Carberry, Fr. Andy Leahy, and Fr. Liam Morgan for their prayers and support during this sad time. We will be eternally grateful to the amazing staff in Craddock House Nursing Home for the wonderful care that Mum received during the four and a half years she spent there.
