HARDIMAN, Rosaleen (née Thornton) (Donnybrook, Dublin; formerly of Cabra, Rush, and Galway) - on May 7, 2021, in her 90th year, peacefully, after a short illness, and surrounded by her family. Deeply loved by her late husband Tom; her heartbroken children Niamh, Enda, Orla, Ronan, and Neasa; their partners Bill, Gill, Gerry, Helen and Adam. She will be profoundly missed by her beloved sister and best pal Breda Bhreathnach, her sister-in-law Mary Thornton, her loving grandchildren Liza and Stephen; Aoife and Cathal; Tommy, Bríghid, Aonghus, Ríoghnach, Mark, and Michael; Ali and Sam; Taillte and Naoise; and their partners; as well as by her adored great-granddaughter Robyn, her many nieces and nephews and her extended family, to whom she was very close. She will be a huge loss to her many close friends and neighbours in Dublin, and on Valentia Island, as well as to her extensive network of friends across the world. Due to government guidelines a private funeral will take place, but will be webcast at https://donnybrookparish.ie/webcam on Wednesday, May 12, at 11am, followed by burial in Whitestown Cemetery, Rush.
