KELLY, Michael John Finian, (late of Department of Finance, Dublin and European Institute of Public Administration, Maastricht), January 31, 2019 (suddenly, in Algarve, Portugal), sadly missed by his wife Mary, daughter Ingrid, grandchildren Melissa, Frank and Aline, son--in-law Adrian, relatives and friends. A celebration of his life will be held in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross at 10 o'clock on Saturday (February 16) followed by cremation. Family flowers only.
