CROOKES, Derek. Died December 1, 2009. On this Derek's First Anniversary, we his family Hilary, Alan, Niall, Nicola and Gillian together with his extended family wish to thank most sincerely all those who attended his funeral, sent Mass Cards, flowers, all our neighbours and friends and all who made donations to St. Francis Hospice in Derek's memory. We would also thank Dr. Martin O'Flynn, all the staff in the Beacon Hospital, the Homecare Team from St. Francis Hospice, local nurses and the Irish Cancer Society for their care and kindness to Derek throughout his illness. We trust this acknowledgement is accepted as a token of our deep appreciation. Derek's Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on December 4, 2010 in St. Anne's, Portmarnock at 6.30 p.m.
