NILAND Ray (The Demesne, Adare Manor) died October 24, 2013 - On Ray's First Anniversary, his wife Pat, his children Gina, Ross, Ray, and Conor and extended family would like to thank those who looked after Ray during his very short illness, the Milford Hospice care team, the Oncology Unit at University Hospital, Limerick, his medical colleagues in Barringtons Hospital, and U.C.H. Thank you to those who supported us during the past year, those who travelled long distances to Ray's funeral in Adare and Galway, those who sent cards, phoned, and those who visited Ray at his home before he died, his Mayo, Galway and Westmeath GAA team mates and his beloved Galway hookers with whom he had many a fine golfing holiday. Ray's Anniversary Mass takes place this evening in Adare Church at 7 p.m.
