CLARKE (née Mannin) Aideen (Churchtown, Dublin 14 and formerly of Clontarf and Ravensdale, Dundalk, Co. Louth) - February 28, 2011, (suddenly) at St Vincent's Private Hospital surrounded by her family. Beloved wife and friend to Damien and cherished mother to Stuart, Niamh and Ali and daughter of the late Jack and Winnie (Mannin). Sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughters, daughter-in-law Marie, grandson Jack, brother Colm, sister Eileen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Prayers at St. Vincent's University Hospital Mortuary today (Wednesday) at 4 o'c with removal tomorrow (Thursday) to St. Columba's Church, Iona Road arriving at 11.50 o'c for 12.00 noon Requiem Mass. Funeral thereafter to Kilmashogue Cemetery. Donations to The Irish Cancer Society.
CLARKE (née Mannin) Aideen (Churchtown and formerly of Clontarf and Ravensdale. died February 28, 2011) - On the occasion of her first anniversary, Damien, Stuart, Niamh and Ali and her extended family offer their sincere gratitude to all those that sympathised with them on their sad loss, attended the removal and funeral, sent flowers, Mass Cards, letters, messages of sympathy and donations to the Irish Cancer Society. We are deeply grateful to the Chaplin of St. Vincent's Private Hospital, Fr. John O'Keeffe for his help with the removal services, Sister Bridget at the parochial house at Iona Road for her help and Fr. Jim Caffrey who celebrated the Requiem Mass and the musicians and singers who played and sang at the Mass and grave side. Thanks to the staff of St. Vincent's University Hospital and the oncology department of St Vincent's Private Hospital for Aideen's treatment. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our appreciation and thanks, as it would not be possible to thank each person individually. Mass will be offered for your intentions.
