GALLAGHER, Seán (Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, formerly Glen of Aherlow, Co. Tipperary and late of Enterprise Ireland/CTT) January 4, 2023. Peacefully, in the care of the staff at Cairn Hill Nursing Home, Foxrock. Beloved husband of Evelyn and devoted father of Maeve (O’Regan) and the late Liam. He will be sadly missed by his wife, daughter, son-in-law Padraic, grandchildren Eleanor and Seán, brothers Liam and Fr. Michael, sister Moira, sisters-in-law Phil and Anne, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his brother Criostóir and Fr. Francis. Reposing on Monday (January 9) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm in Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown (A94 XK28). Funeral Mass on Tuesday (January 10) at 11.00am in the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland. May he rest in peace.
