O'MAHONY, Michael (Ó Mathúna, Micheál), (Raheny, Dublin 5 and formerly of Knocknagree, Co. Cork), February 15, 2024, died (peacefully), in the wonderful care of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of Mary (Galvin), very sadly missed by his loving wife, children Aileen, Noreen, Owen and Jimmy, sons-in-law Michael and David, daughters-in-law Helen and Aoife, his adored grandchildren Emma, Dylan, Adam, Aoibhinn, Moya, Katie, Mark, Peadar, Micheál, Aifric, Diarmuid and Daithí, brother Jerry, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Killester today (Monday) for 10am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Balgriffin cemetery. Family flowers only, please. On the first anniversary of Michael passing, his wife Mary and family extend heartfelt gratitude to all who offered compassion and support during their time of loss. They deeply appreciate those who attended Michael's funeral and sent messages of sympathy. Special thanks to Fr. McCallion (Chanel), Fr. Whelan, and St. Brigid's Parish Killester for the dignified Mass, as well as to St. Francis Hospice, Dr. Ball and Avenue Family Practice, HSE Public Health Team and Carers, and Mater Private Hospital for their exceptional care. The continued support from our neighbours, friends, and relatives has been a source of strength and is deeply appreciated. A Mass has been offered for your intentions.
