RIP Conor
I am so sad to hear of Conor's passing. We had only just re-connected by email in the last few months. Conor was so lovely to me when I landed in Paris, alone, many years ago. He showed me all over that beautiful city and we had so many great days and fun nights there. He was so generous, so bright and so thoughtful and such good fun. My deepest sympathy to Conor's family.
RIP Conor

Conor and I were teaching colleagues in Bangkok and spent a lot of our down time between classes chatting about life in general and our mutual love for Manchester United and their glory days gone by. Conor was a very intelligent person and totally devoted to helping his students learn English and set them on a path to worthwhile employment. Now retired I was indeed sad and shocked by the news of his passing, such a good man.

RIP Conor

I met Conor sometime back in 1997 when I worked at the school he taught at. We worked together for quite a few years and we would sometimes sit down and talk about books, his experiences in the US and France, work and teaching, how it felt to be far from family and life in Thailand. I knew Conor to be a highly intelligent man who was well read and had mastered the Thai and the French languages. He spoke to me affectionately about his family and with great admiration for his father Doctor Seamus. RIP Conor, you will be missed. David Latham
