FERRICK Declan, (Mount. Merrion) - September 16, 2012, (peacefully) after a long illness bravely borne; beloved husband of Janice and devoted father of Declan, Maurice, Serena and Daniel, loving son of Maeve and the late Gerry; very sadly missed by his family, brothers Gearoid , Colm and Paul, sister Siobhan, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, daughters-in-law, his adored grandchildren Lucy and Noah, nephews, nieces, uncle Tommy, Eric and by his many relatives and friends. Rest in peace. A Service celebrating Declan's life will take place in Newlands Cross Crematorium Chapel at 12 o'c tomorrow (Wednesday) followed by cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Friends of St. Luke's or the Blackrock Hospice. House private.

FERRICK, Declan - As we lovingly remember Declan on his First Anniversary, September 16, his wife Janice, children Declan, Maurice, Serena, and Daniel, daughters-in-law Lisa and Agnieszka, his mother Maeve, and extended family, wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us and supported us on our sad loss. We are most grateful to all those who called to the house, telephoned, sent Mass cards and letters and to everyone who attended Declan's funeral service. A special word of thanks to Brian Whiteside for the fitting and moving service and to John Kelly for his beautiful and appropriate choice of music. Also to Fanagans Funeral Directors for their professionalism and understanding. Please accept this Acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation.
