O'REILLY, Veronica (née Whitty) (Rathfarnham / Churchtown, Dublin) July 17, 2022. Peacefully in the tender care of the staff in Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross in the presence of her family. Predeceased by her husband Michael. Veronica will be deeply missed by her loving children Labouré and Emmett, her grandchildren Siena and Theodore, son-in-law Seán, daughter-in-law Eimear, sisters Marie, Elaine and Bernie, brothers John and Brendan, and many dear friends. Removal this (Wednesday) morning to the Church of the Good Shepherd, Churchtown for Funeral Mass at 10.00 o'c which may be viewed through the parish web camera www.goodshepherdchurchtown.ie/web-cam/ followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.

My deepest condolences to Veronica's family on her untimely death. Veronica and I first met in the seventies through Isa, a mutual friend. My memories of Veronica are that of a caring nurse, a loyal friend, someone who was fun to be around and an inspiration to many. Veronica cared deeply about her family and has sadly left us much too soon. May her gentle soul rest in peace; she will be sorely missed.
