KEAVENEY - Dan (Castleknock, Dublin, died December 4 2022). On the first anniversary of his death, Dan’s wife Maura, children Margaret and Daniel and their families would like to thank our extended family, friends, neighbours and colleagues for their support and kindness during our sad loss. Thank you to all those who came to Dan’s repose at his home and attended his funeral. Thank you also for the many phone calls, letters, messages, Mass cards and practical deeds which gave us great comfort and were greatly appreciated. A special thanks to Fr. O’Connor for delivering a beautiful Mass, the Castleknock Parish Bethany Bereavement Group, Funeral Ministry Team and to John Kirwan and his team at Kirwan’s Funeral Home for their professional care and guidance. Our special thanks also to the remarkable teams at St. Francis’s Hospice and to Public Health Nursing, Roselawn for the compassionate care Dan received throughout his illness and in particular in his final weeks, and for the wonderful support given to Maura. Our thanks too to the medical teams in the Mater Private Hospital and Connolly Hospital. As a token of our appreciation and gratitude, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
