O'DOWD, (née Dinneen) Mercie (Stillorgan, Co. Dublin and formerly of Bandon, Co. Cork) November 10, 2022. Peacefully, in her 101st year with her loving son John by her side and in the kind care of the staff at Belmont House N.H., Stillorgan. Beloved wife of the late Eamon and devoted mother to John and sister to the late Sheila, Fr. Billy and Eithne. She will be very sadly missed by her son, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandniece, great-grandnephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Funeral Mass this (Monday) morning at 11.00am in the Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
