We were School Friends.

Denise and I were friends since before we went to school. Her mum was my Godmother and my mother's maid of honour at my parents wedding. We were in the same class in Greenlanes School Clontarf. I have a photo of us aged about 3 or 4 years of age in the same pushchair, but I can't find it just now. We lost touch when I went away to Sea in 1963 and got back in touch a few years ago, but never went any further about meeting up. Life is too short. Rest in peace Denise.John Erskine
