STOKES, Maud (née Timmons) (Terenure, Dublin) January 31, 2022, peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Gascoigne House Nursing Home, Rathmines, beloved wife of the late Tony and loving mother of Janette and Paul; she will be sadly missed by her loving daughter, son, daughter-in-law Gabrielle, granddaughters Tracey, Michelle and her husband Paul Kennedy, sisters Norah and Peggy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Removal tomorrow Thursday morning to St Joseph’s Church Terenure arriving at 9.45am for 10.00am Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Mount Venus Cemetery, Rathfarnham. House strictly private. Rest In Peace

kindnesses to Maud in her final years, and to all her dear friends and extended family who attended her funeral and sent cards and left messages of condolence. Special thanks to Debbie Lally Burke for her years of friendship and support. We are so grateful to the nurses and staff in the
Gascoigne Nursing home for their care during her brief stay and final weeks. Our sincere thanks to Maud’s wonderful neighbours in Terenure who were always so kind and supportive. We thank Fr. Philip Bradley for his guidance, support and the celebration of the funeral mass and greatly
appreciated the professional contribution by Masseys Funeral Directors, Terenure. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
