BROWNE - Jerry (Lower Road, Newmarket, Co. Cork). It is with great sadness that we relay the passing of Jerry. He passed away peacefully in the wonderful and excellent care of the staff at Marymount Hospice, surrounded by his loving family. Jerry is predeceased by his beloved wife Maura and his much-loved son Sean. Sadly missed by his partner Doreen Louwers, his daughter Patricia (O’Sullivan), sisters Margaret (O’Mahony) and Ann (Murphy), daughter-in-law Annette, son-in-law Finbarr. Loving and proud grandfather to Cathal, Niamh, Moira, Jill and Fionn. Deeply mourned by his nephews, nieces, relatives, Doreen’s daughter Ellen and extended family, his work colleagues in Newmarket Motors and his many great friends. Reposing at O’Reilly’s Funeral Home, Newmarket this (Tuesday) evening from 6.00pm to 8.00pm followed by removal to St. Mary’s Church. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) at 1.00pm which will be live-streamed on the Newmarket and Taur Parish facebook page, funeral afterwards to Clonfert Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Marymount Hospice.
