KIERNAN, O.Carm. (Gort Muire, Dublin 16 and Zimbabwe) - November 29, 2015, (peacefully), Father Brian (Pius); loving brother of Mona, Mary (Dawson), Lauri, Trudi (Keegan), Andrew, Paul, the late Paddy and Anne. Deeply regretted by his sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, sisters-in-law, Carmelite Confreres, relatives, many friends in Ireland and Zimbabwe and all staff at Gort Muire. Rest in Peace. Reposing in Gort Muire Chapel this (Monday) evening from 4pm with Night Prayer at 8pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) morning at 10.30am in Terenure College Chapel, followed by burial in Staghall Cemetery, Belturbet, Co. Cavan arriving at approx. 2pm.

Fr Pio was a great friend and supporter of The Irish association and the Catenian Assn in Harare. Also remembered for organising the Carmelite Golf Day at Ruwa. A very gentle man.RIP Des and Rose Foley
