GARVEY, Lily

GARVEY (née O'Brien) (Ballinteer and late of Knocklyon and Kilroe, Co. Cork, died February 13th, 2016). On this, the First Anniversary of Lily's passing, her husband John (Gibson), her sons and daughter, Donal, Tommy, Niamh and Peter, daughters-in-law Jenny, Kit and Laura, Niamh's partner Colm, and John's children Carolyn and Ewan, her grandchildren and extended family would like to thank all those who expressed their sympathy, attended the removal, the funeral, sent cards and messages, gave assistance during our bereavement for their kindness, support and prayers. We give special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Beacon Hospital and Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross for their dedication and care for Lily in her final weeks. To Fr. Liam Belton, the funeral organisers at the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Ballinteer, and Rev. Chris Kennedy of Dun Laoghaire Presbyterian Church, we thank you for your assistance, support and words of comfort.
