FORDE (née Osborne) - June 25, 2015, Theresa, peacefully at home (Passage Road, Waterford). Cherished wife of P.C. (Colum), and beloved, wonderful mother of her children Helen, Anne and David, sons-in-law Lee, Mikko and Lee, and precious grandmother of Anya, Luca and Niilo. So young of heart and mind, so brave and so wise. Theresa is fondly remembered and greatly missed by the family, her brothers and sisters, extended family and very dear friends, at home and abroad. Reposing at Tom Hennessy's Funeral Home, Johnstown, Waterford from 6:00pm on Monday, June 29; removal to St. Joseph and St. Benildus Church, Newtown, Waterford at 7:30pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday, June 30 at 10:30am, funeral afterwards to St Mary's Cemetery, Ballygunner. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to the SOLAS Centre, Waterford and Waterford Hospice.It is well with my soul

Thanks to those who attended the funeral services, who sent cards, and who made donations in Theresa's memory. Our gratitude to clergy and all at St. Joseph and St. Benildus's Church. The family wish to thank the medical professionals who cared for Theresa. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
