STEELE - Peggie (née Smith) (Putland Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow, former PE Teacher and Stalwart of Bray Cove). April 22, 2023 peacefully, at Our Lady’s Hospice, Blackrock in her 99th year. Predeceased by her parents Jack and Frances Smith, husband Chris Steele, siblings Jack, Billy, Eddie, Noel, Nuala, Gerard and Nora. Remembered with love by her loving family, sons Christian and Barry, daughters-in-law, Sinéad and Yvonne, grandchildren Cain, Naomi, Rebekah, Luke, and their partners, great-randchildren Doireann, Sadhbh, Ruadh, Ella, Margot, sisters-in-law Mary (Mount Merrion), Helen (Greystones), Helen (Cork), nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at her home tomorrow (Wednesday) evening from 4.00pm until 7.00pm. Funeral Mass at 10.30am Thursday morning April 27, in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Putland Road, Bray, after which Peggie will be laid to rest in the family grave in Deans Grange Cemetery.
